Do you guarantee rent or occupancy?+
No. We never promise guaranteed rent, occupancy, legal use or operator performance. Suitability and lawful use are confirmed individually.
What is a master lease?+
A potential whole-house lease between a landlord and a qualified operator, with written operating permissions, insurance, repair obligations, permitted use, rent, deposits, defaults and termination.
Do I need a license to work with you?+
Any activities constituting regulated brokerage, leasing or property management for others must be performed through appropriately licensed persons/entities and valid agreements.
Do you pay case managers for referrals?+
No. We do not pay case managers or clinical professionals for steering residents.
What information do you collect upfront?+
Only public property and contact details — never SSNs, banking credentials or confidential financial documents through a public marketing form.
