These terms govern your use of the Preferred Housing Network ("PHN") website. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Nature of the service
PHN is a referral network for independent, nonmedical shared housing. We do not provide nursing, treatment, assisted living, medication management, detoxification, or hands-on personal care.
No guarantees
PHN does not guarantee housing, a specific vacancy, a room rate, or occupancy. Availability, rates, and authorized occupancy are confirmed individually per property after lawful-use review. We make no claims of government endorsement.
No legal classification
Calling a property "independent" or "nonlicensed" does not determine its legal regulatory classification. Housing must be operated under applicable local and state rules.
Fair housing
PHN complies with fair-housing law and supports individualized reasonable accommodation reviews. We never use blanket exclusion language regarding disabilities or criminal history.
Accuracy of content
We do not publish fake reviews, unverified vacancies, or fabricated success statistics. Market expansion is noted accurately as operating or forming.
