How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to housing requests, make referrals to verified housing operators and partners, and coordinate with referring agencies. We do not sell your personal information.
Housing referrals
PHN is a referral network and does not guarantee housing. Availability, rates, and occupancy are confirmed individually per property. Submitting an inquiry is not an application for tenancy.
Sharing
We may share inquiry details with verified housing operators, landlords, and referral partners only as needed to facilitate a referral, and in compliance with fair-housing and privacy laws.
